Oliver specialises in lifestyle and financial planning. He has developed a simple way of helping clients to express and explore their own personal goals and aspirations – helping to see what is actually possible with available resources.
In Oliver’s spare time he will be running around after his two children or jogging or swimming along the seafront to try and keep in shape!

Thomas Woodyatt

Thomas became part of the Strategic family in 2021 after 16 years of banking experience. With a decade of managing branches and three years of providing tailored financial advice, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge to help our clients navigate the complexities of finance with ease and confidence. Outside of work, Thomas has a passion for photography. With a great eye for detail, this seamlessly transpires to his work here at Strategic. As a family man with three young boys and a talented wife, he understands the importance of nurturing and balancing both wealth and well-being.
Danielle

Danielle joined the team in 2003 with a background in Financial Services and is dedicated to fostering good working relationships both internal & external to our firm. Outside of work, she enjoys time spent in the parish community, is a bit of a foodie who loves baking for her family and is a keen walker having contracted the Camino “bug”.
Elyza

Elyza has provided loyal service since joining us back in 2001. Elyza’s drive for efficiency and organisational skills are second to none. In her own time, Elyza performs in a duo ‘Whom By Fire’, is a member of the Southend Bach Choir, makes music videos and had her debut documentary screened at Southend Film Festival!
Michela
Client Support
Michela comes from an Italian background, since returning after raising her family, has worked in financial services. Michela was brought up in a family run hairdressing business, from which she gained her profession qualifications in hairdressing and barbering, as well as honing her customer service and business skills.
Michela enjoys cooking and baking, specialising in traditional, Italian cuisine. She is keen on yoga, has previously learned ballroom dancing and is devoted to her family and her two year old sprocker.
Gemma
Paraplanner
Gemma has been part of the team since 2007. She has an excellent working knowledge of our clients adding a high level of efficiency and personal service.
In her spare time, when she isn’t running around after her daughters, Gemma loves socialising with family and friends. Gemma also loves to attend gigs, music is her passion!
