Oliver specialises in lifestyle and financial planning. He has developed a simple way of helping clients to express and explore their own personal goals and aspirations – helping to see what is actually possible with available resources.
In Oliver’s spare time he will be running around after his two children or jogging or swimming along the seafront to try and keep in shape!

Danielle
Development Manager
Danielle joined the team in 2003 with a background in Financial Services and is dedicated to fostering good working relationships both internal & external to our firm. Outside of work, she enjoys time spent in the parish community, is a bit of a foodie who loves baking for her family and is a keen walker having contracted the Camino “bug”.
Elyza
Client Support
Elyza is our lead administrator having provided loyal service since joining us back in 2001. Elyza’s drive for efficiency and organisational skills are second to none. With a good sense of fun, Elyza has arranged many a team activity keeping us on our toes and taking us out of our comfort zone. In her own time, Elyza is one half of the successful duo “Whom by Fire” performing across the South East & London.
Gemma
Paraplanner
Gemma has been part of the team since 2007. She has an excellent working knowledge of our clients adding a high level of efficiency and personal service.
In her spare time, if she isn’t running around after her daughter, Gemma is a volunteer and Brand Ambassador at Cake Club, helping other new mums on their journey. Gemma also enjoys listening to music of any genre!
Jason
Client & Technical Support
Jason joined our team in 2020 with over 30 years’ experience within the financial sector and is committed to developing the necessary skills to ensure our clients’ expectations are met or exceeded. Outside of work Jason enjoys films, music, travel and can often be found walking along Southend seafront (British weather permitting).
